Understanding what neutral position is, can significantly improve the efficiency of your movement. A wall or a flat vertical structure can be beneficial for understanding the upright neutral position. Practice as often as you can throughout every day. Please keep in mind, we are all built differently. Standing with your heels right next to the wall or door frame is not for everyone. Take a step away from the wall and just use it for reference. Taking a video of your profile will also show what each posture change looks like on your body. Please do not participate in any new movements without consulting with your doctor.
